Tali Mintzer graduated from the Graphic Design program at the "Goren" Design School in the Jezreel Valley. Throughout Mintzer's studies, she experimented with a wide range of techniques: sculpting, drawing, photography, illustration, packaging, technical drafting, and basic design.
After completing her studies, Mintzer initially worked as a graphic designer in a studio in Tel Aviv and later as an independent painter. In 2007, Mintzer studied window design and worked in the field for several years before returning to her first love, painting.
As an outstanding student of the window design course, Mintzer was invited to participate in a special project in collaboration with the Human Rights Association, presented at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque, which included the design of one of the human rights.
Mintzer's graphic works are highly imaginative, and she refers to them as "invited art." The artist tries to align the colors and shapes with contemporary trends in interior design, drawing inspiration from fabrics and textile design. Mintzer travels extensively, gaining inspiration from windows, museums, galleries, and street art.
In addition to her involvement in painting, Mintzer engages in dance, improvisation, choreography, and contact. Dance is a significant expression for Mintzer, inspiring her creativity. In her youth, Mintzer even danced in a workshop with the kibbutz dance troupe.
Furthermore, Mintzer is involved in designing and constructing sets for performances at the Democratic School in Nahalal.
